ATLAS 40000358 N scale is NCE DCC/decoder equipped and comes with a Scale Speed™ motor and dual flywheels. Its many features include directional lighting, blackened metal wheels, 3,100 or 2400 gallon fuel tank as appropriate for this road name, painted safety rails, flat or "step" pilots used where appropriate, separately-applied coupler cut levers, and factory installed AccuMate® magnetic couplers.
NCE decoder features include Silent Running™ motor drive, the ability to program both short and long addresses on main line in Ops mode, torque compensation for ultra-smooth low speed performance, programmable start, mid and maximum speed CVs that work in all speed modes, and four function outputs with lighting effects generators that allow you to select from 15 different lighting behaviors (ditch lights, Mars light, strobes, beacon, etc.).
