Historical Information: 80 SD-26 2625 hp diesel locomotives were rebuilt by ATSF from their fleet of SD-24s. They were rebuilt between 1973 and 1978.
This Atlas N Scale locomotive is DCC-READY for easy DCC decoder installation. The many features include a scale speed motor, directional lighting, golden-white LEDs, blackened metal wheels, separately applied roof detail, painted safety rails, and factory-installed AccuMate® knuckle couplers.
